You will notice a slight change in how you log-in to the BYU Cloud Apps starting on October 9th, 2023.
The new sequence is as follows, you will be prompted to log-in with your BYU credentials when you go to the BYU Cloud Apps homepage, after you have logged in you will receive a DUO push authorization. After approving the DUO authentication, you will be directed to the Cloud Apps homepage, when you click on one of the Apps you will be asked to log-in again with your BYU credentials. This is a slight change to how you are used to accessing BYU Cloud apps. See below for image of login screen.
This change is being made to improve security of the Citrix environment on campus. BYU's Office of Information Technology and the CES Security Operations Center work diligently to ensure that our users are protected from online threats.
For new security measures to be implemented access to the BYU Cloud apps will be offline on Sunday, October 8th, 2023, from 10:00 pm to 12:00 am (midnight). We appreciate your understanding!
